Good product it will provide good satisfaction of your efforts If you are dedicate about your work then definitely you develop your skills and good product so you can learn in field also you got good knowledge in book selling. But higher management not good teach you if your job dedicate person. They require only oxford university press return person.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our performance. Salary is decent but career growth is nothing This company is made for oxford university press terminated person. If you terminated from oxford university press then you definitely grow yourself. It is highly politics you can't focus your work some higher management loose your job. Ther is no job security. This company made for oxford university press terminated person. They have own lobby. It is not good work culture. If you achive 1 Cr. Sale In financial year then you will get only 1000 increment in salary. It is not worth of you dedication This is highly politics so can not manage you work life balance. Overall experience is not good it is very poor. If your hard worker then don't waste your valuable time of your career. Because there is highly politics. One more thing if your from Maharashtra so don't waste you time here they like you. They need only Bihar, UP, MP, and Bengali.

...Corona by distributing some karha and installing oxygen cylinders in the office. If you don't go, they'd deduct 50% of your salary. Extremely unsupportive and insensitive people.

Yes, some people in the company were excellent, but when it comes to Heads of Departments (HODs), they exhibit a considerable amount of arrogance. For instance, Mr. Jatin Gupta, the HR of the company, is a problematic figure. He engages in negative behavior, gossiping about those he dislikes and playing games with employees who fall out of favor. The HODs convey a message to employees that their value is beneath them.

Yes, bad work culture. There is an insect his name is Hem Chand who is the biggest ess kisser of CEO Shammi Manik and CFO Narendra Kumar. They both protect him. HR jatin gupta is always taking sides of him. There is always seen a employee turnover condition in executive level.
