Also, you will find a few senior managers following completely unethical practices and not at all accountable. They are misusing the hybrid work policy as they don't have their managers in India but will properly micromanage their reporters. 4. The moment you raise your voice against these unethical practices, they will ensure to eliminate you as soon as possible.

The company projects as MNC but work culture is like a newly setup startup. Manager have no clue of the work thats going on and are extremely toxic. Join at your own risk as hire and fire is very common in this place.
