Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They reduced their staff and asked many of it's employees to sit at their homes, to remain safe. At present I am waiting for their call , that come back and resume the job as it was promised by our management . It's not only me there are many other teachers of my staff. Now I am giving tutions to the students at my nearby place..

Its feels great over there working . The staff was too good ,helpful and friendly nature. They give good salary hike and bonus every year . Environment was also good.
