Dislikes

Only dislike is due to few business head salary is delayed and HR department head should be replaced if company wants to grow and get out of current crunch due to there bad decission.

Likes

Pradeep Sir (CMD) of REPL/NMBPL he is gem of a person. I had worked under him for almost like 3 years in corporate office. He treated employees like their own family. Work life balance is good and company give their employees all the Saturday offs earlier it was not. Working for betterment of employees.

I am taking care of Navyug Project of company in Allahabad. I am currently leading the sales team of Allahabad city but the projuct itself is dead from few years. There is no construction and no further plan for it so it is very jard to to sell.

Dislikes

Company only want to sell its property but no plan for construction as it is already delayed. Customers are very unsatisfied and even though we work very hard for sales and marketing, we are unable to sell this dead project.
