...r of some one important to new india.. he stole 6 lakhs cash from vasai branch.. all the 3 staffs from branch were pressurized to pay giving assurance that the investigation would go on and that all the staff at any cost have to pay... Assuring that if in future the culprit is caught the amount would be recovered.... Continued in dislikes

...the amount of virar branch from his relative and when i asked about the 6 lakhs. The management said why did you pay if you had not stolen the money. The other reason they gave was if he stole in virar that does not mean he stole the money in vasai branch too... The HR gave me he worst example saying " If a person commits a murder in 1996 and now in 2023 again a murder is occured ... That does not mean he is again the murderer.

Nothing to like here, It is the worst company you will ever join with all false promises, HR has the highest package All the higher influenced people and authorities have huge salaries and the good working staff has less than ever salary , bootlickers are welcomed here becoz they only do that thing only other than job. No hikes, no promotion nothing is good here

Head HR is a biggest headache who doesn’t know anything, just giving false examples and promises Every team has a bootlicker who get salary hike without doing any work and the hard worked employees are not paid. KRA is another big problem where you will not be given a good hike instead you will be compared with a security guard saying he can also do this, thats the worst thing you can ever hear from your manager. Salary is also not according to standards Not the designation and also the workplace is good Its full of politics and toxic environment. Ketan Muni is one of the worst guy you will ever see with no knowledge and some Gujarat influence he came to that stage of head of operations. Other than that he is even not eligible to be a officer. Rajiv tiwary is another bootlicker of CEO who had made this bank more worst and becoz of this guy the employees here are resigning
