nothing but as a bengali I thought the management would be appreciable of my effort to develop the school but they are very traditionally cultured people who dont even like the principal to pose with the students on trips and picnic, very narrowminded and uncivilized orthodox people.

Dislikes

everything the work culture the internal politics teachers assigned to snoop on the principal in his cabin anytime of the day , very retarding and orthodox management led by mr subir banergee group.

Supporting us for online classes, this is new thing which we faces in this pandemicn then also they help and explain how to improve our teaching technique. They always in contact for any query from us.

It was my best experience ever. The heads and colleagues were so much cooperative . There was balance between work life and home life. Teacher used to get ample amount of time to complete class work and other activities. There was no last minute rush or pressure on teachers. Errors are seen as human mistake not as crime. I gained good knowledge , experience and friends.

Literally there was nothing.It was excellent.

ICSE syllabus. Good syllabus.

Dislikes

No growth and no job security. Single women are not appreciated for their good performance. Lot of favouritism and bullying. Good performance is not recognized. Work is very stressful. Work environment is not good. Lot of freedom to the students by the management.

hard worker like me can still on, salary & appraisal are less compared to teaching faculty, non teaching staff are frequently replaced with new ones.

Dislikes

At the time of appointment they take our all originals certificate and marks cards, Suddenly you are removed from the job & no notice period is given which is very horrible.
