The only good thing about Gurukul is the salary paid is according to company standards.

Dislikes

...s at any given point of time the management can kick u out without prior notice. On a lot of occasions salary is deducted, Also if u don't vote...vote being your right. For every non approved leave double salary is deducted even if you provide necessary documents.

Not much work pressure. Work satisfaction is good. Few colleagues very cooperative.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. But too much of favouritism by higher authorities. Too much of internal politics. Very rude and unprofessional and unpredictable method for letting employees know about discontinuation of their service. Absolutely no job security. Higher authorities opinion based on feedback from the few favourites.

The school had a decent canteen.

Dislikes

Overworked. Not acknowledged for work done. Toxic work culture with a lot of back biting and politics. No mutual respect. Try to keep/extract money from employees using all possible loopholes. Purely a business, not a school.

The school infrastructure was good, but their is no job security for the employees, management don't trust their own employees, there is no curtsey of the employees, and they don't take care of their workers. Manegment expecting only work, they don't give any kind of benefits to their employees.

There is no job security in this institution. We should not trust this institution about job security, management will terminate any employees in any time with out giving prior notice. This is the worst thing in this institution.
