1. There are close to thousand conditions for you to be "eligible" for an annual increment. Even if you have fulfilled all of them, don't rest assured. 2. The principal has no mannerisms. He only favours women faculties, that too a select few. 3. Your talents will be suppressed if you don't come into th good books, and some talentless sycophants will be given chances. 4. If you are a man, this place isn't for you. 5. There's no way of addressing employee grievances. 6. If the students like you, you'll be the most disliked employee for the management. 7. No scope for creativity and the modern methods of teaching. You need to stick to the books. 8. During the NAAC cycles, you'll have to simulate a lot of documents. Because the college doesn't really do 90% of the things that they mention in the AQAR. 9. When the NAAC inspection is close by, you'll not even get offs on Sundays, diwali, holis, or whatever it may be. 10. The HR policies keep changing as per their convenience. 11. There's only one date in a semester on which you can resign, one day here or there, and you're liable to pay them 2 months of your salary to get your original documents back from them. 12. There isn't a single labour law that they haven't broken.
