Neither compensation was good nor work culture. Poor management. Biased behaviour is observed from superiors. Talent and trust is never valued by top management. Being straight forward and honest destroyed my work environment and atmosphere for me and my colleague who was by my side. No proper planning and execution from top level and ideas, suggestions were not accepted.

The company is open to innovation both in reapect to business ideas and technology. It was a memorable experience for me to be the part of the organisation. Team coordination, work balance is good. Team spirits are always high. The office culture is its USP.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Work pressure is also manageable

Had a very good experience in exploring various businesses in the name of audit. Factory Law and Regulation. Came to know how a particular industry works works forward and backwards. Most of the experience came from Small Medium Enterprises.

As a Field Executive we were the front barriers and the most important person's in the organization to conduct the audit. But were treated like mere labor's and were expected to travel without any planning. Allowances provided for travelling were reduced on every fortnightly basis and we were asked to shell out from our pocket. Expenses were not reimbursed on time as the Accountant is very dubious and does not response for the mistakes done by him. Management is only looking for quantitative work and not quality work. Managers are not competitive to get the business for the organization and for their mistake done in the past all the employees below them has to suffer. Inefficient management has lead to frequent changes in the policy for the lower level of employees for keeping their place safe. huge debts related to Partners, Managers and other Associates and not getting new business at the right time and loosing the old business too at the same time has led to merely of 25 employees from 100 in just a matter of 12 months. Salaries are not paid on time and all other issues related to vendors for daily supplies.

Flexible in timings sometimes over pressure. Salary payment process not good. Expense reimbursement will take time. When I joined in 2016 this is one of best organizations now it changed lot. Top management not good

Too much dependence on one client... decision making concentrated in one hand... No balance between authority and responsibility
