Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Numerous reasons.Management is been misused by the school VP Ambika,using her position to bend rules herself.just bcz her husband is one of the members of board.No teacher's continue for long period.Views are passed only after u butter the VP.worst experience.just money minting school.students not given the right education.

They have the worst work culture i hv ever come across in my entire teaching career . THE MIDDLE MANAGEMENT TREAT TEACHERS LIKE TISSUE -PAPER AND WITHOUT ANY NOTICE PERIOD THEY THROW THE TEACHERS OUT OF THEIR SCHOOL . BECAUSE OF WHICH THEY HAVE A VERY BAD REPUTATION IN THE SOCIETY AS EVERY TWO MONTHS THE TEACHERS R REPLACED.
