Same as above...nothing is there in the school which we can like ...no stability of staff, no job security not manners.

I have experience of 10 years and worked with many school before but it was the worst experience to work with them. I never seen such kind of pathetic mentality form which they operate, Work pressure is like hell work poltics you have to bear. And if you ask for leave for one day..God it's like you have asked for one kidney. principal once called me when I had fever I was so week I can't manage to walk even but they have no heart they treat teachers as their servent. They even charged Rs 150 per month from all teachers for tea they provide,can you believe that this shows their mentality towards teachers. They even ask teachers to bring fruits and crockery from home for their guests who comes in their functions. Join only if you don't have job but make sure you left soon as you get good offer and they never give you 15 days security deposit and your last salary so when you get salary left without informing else they never give FNF.

I wish to be always with this school. It gives energy. It provide the mean of life. I really love this school. This school body has a devine soul like Nitesh sir. 🙏🏻😊

I really feel proud to work with New Era School. It provides many opportunities to improve my skills. When I join I don't know that I can grow beyond my expectations. Yess I have such confident that I can accept challenges in my life. It's a best decision of my life to join this institution.

The school is open to innovation and creativity. It is strict in case of studies and discipline

For working staff, it goes strict . There is a lot work to do and sometimes it crosses the time limit. But the management cares about the employees too
