The management and staff is cooperative. Staff benefits are given. Staff children are give a concession on the fee.

Dislikes

No promotion or growth in terms of position and pay roll even after years of excellent service. Contract is only for 11 months. Contractual employees are not paid for the 12 th month.

Contractual job. Every year we need to renew the contract. What you want the management is adamant they won't give you. They'll bring new people but they won't give you. Limited holidays. No family time.

Dislikes

Dirty politics, stubborn management. Students is the last priority, management and their favorable staff is first priority, no job guarantee, working staff is mostly cardiac or diabetic patients due to stressful working conditions

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
