Some of them are cooperative among the staff, NEST didn’t paid my full salary in last year in the pandemic period ,, as it was not my choice to stay at home , (and doing work from home) still was present till the last date as 17-03-2020. Terrible experience

Dislikes

Senior teachers ask juniors to take their classes and in that time they do there another work.

Likes

It was working there as teacher,had lots of learning, had experience. I really enjoyed working with the principal, the teaches and even the students.

Dislikes

Some of other time I used to face problem with local language.

Likes

I worked on a temporary posting for leave vacancy, therefore, those points related to job security and career opportunities are put on lower scale. Working at Ramanbaug was a real great experience, the fellow-teachers were very cooperative and the then HM Shri Purandare was a great personality equally respected by teachers and students.Work culture is very good.
