Monday to Friday working, flexible timing, sober treatment across the board, females are treated well.

Dislikes

Team mates are non performing and hence indulge in only politics, salary and appraisal are unrealistic, not up-to the market standards and favoured, slogged working culture and could be hounded for proactive and taking initiatives. And if you are not in HO and in goodbooks of the core courtiers you are no one irrespective of your capabilities.
