This is the best place to work I. I learned many things here.Mrs ShaliniPriya ma’am is the Best principal I had worked with.working under your guidance has been an invaluable learning experience for me. Managing Director Bindu ma’am very knowledgeable, The way she navigated the challenges while keeping the team motivated and focused was inspiring.

Dislikes

I don’t feel anything as disliked sometimes notice comes on time so teachers have very less time to fulfill that requirement. If we get prior notification we can do work lil easily.

Worklife is horrible no proper timing ....if you are good in buttering than 100% promotion without any skills.principal will ask money each and every time and no records for it if you ask she will remove you .... Always she will ask sweet from famous shop and will hide and go not even share for my colleague......she is terrible ...waste of working here.

It was really a pleasure working in New Baldwin, Banaswadi. Brilliant student, dedicated staffs n each day I learnt something new .

Dislikes

Lots and lots of politics, torturing and bullying teachers, I m really sad to say this I had very bad experience. If I get a chance to speak to the management I will make them understand about the exploitation of the staffs by few members there. I really pity management for not taking care and loosing good teachers every year, if this happens it effects on the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the school. That's all I can say for now .

false and fake commitments to get admissions

They are faking parents and saying lies to get admission numbers. asha to whom i spoke to is very rude and disrespecting woman. she was shouting and yelling over the call just to prove her right. I have been to school for admissions on 4th nov 2023 , hsr branch of new balwin intl school. i purchased 2 forms. by evening i got to know about affiliation is not been done yet and school is not upto 12th. On asking they are refusing, disrespecting and shouting. so much daring that when I said that I will launch FIR, Ms. Asha said do whatever you want to do and she will not refund money
