Incompetent HR, no real values. I wasn't even briefed about the company by the HR and they asked me to give a presentation on company offerings. No real work being done. Too good to be true. CEO is naive

Got guidance from the senior designer and the work culture is amazing. It allows me to come up with the idea easily without being pressurized. They're very patience and detail-oritented throughout the project

The approachability of leadership. Transparency of policies. The fact that i can ask for any project that i am interested in and start working on it and if at all you feel you are overwhelmed with a lot of work, just say it and you'll get help.

The fact that you like the kind of work you do that sometimes the lack of work life balance is camouflaged behind the work satisfaction. But it's very rare.
