Poor Management, no any kind training facilities for employees, single person appoint in each and every department, lack of staff,Poor quality Raw materials used for manufacturing, not hygiene maintained in work place and manufacturing and packing. Working system not good.

I am working with Neutrawell from past 6 Months. I like the work culture of Neutrawell. The employees of the organization are very supportive & friendly. The Directors are very kind, they always appreciate the efforts of the employees & encourages employees to learn new things. There are very friendly work culture. Each employee has equal right to put their thoughts/suggestions to management for enhancement of the organization.

There is nothing to dislike about Neutrawell.

FAMILIER ENVIROMENT, WORKING ENVIRONMENT IS EXCELLENT GOOD STAFF, ONE OF THE BEST PLACE TO WORK, BEST MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE TOWN, EXCELLENT LEADERS, SUPPORTERS AND VERY KIND IN NATURE.
