...as been occured due to their lack of management skills. No management at all. HR is illiterate and had no sense to Salary Structure. (Higher Salary to new comers than who are working them with more than 2 years!!) *Those who are at higher post is running the company. All sheep goes to same direction without having prior technical knowledge and future circumstances. *You joined today and they will terminate you in 20 days by saying that you are not technically strong enough🤣. *Your Knowledge doesn't matter here but you should have very good manipulation skills to win the game. *Even result doesnt matter just they want that you are working on something. ( both parties will get satisfaction!! LOL. ) *Higher authorities even do their personal works by using companies goods.

Even their tea is sweet as hell. 🤣 They wont even gives you id card after working with them more than 4 years. Simple advise:- Dont have any offer, want to join govt. Culture and no more willingness left tl learn new thing then this is the perfect place for you.

Our Company not remote Work In Covid-19 Lockdown because company manufacture Bio-medical instruments so I was go regularly and support the company for Bio medical new product development

1. No job security 2. No increment 3. No other benefits 4. Poor management mainly director level. Director is an autocrat. His only focus on low cost rather than product quality.

Work culture is good, everyone is co-operative, best work life balance, good learning, best for electronics and mechanical engineers.

Dislikes

Mechanical design engineers have good appraisal rather than electronics. Even mechanical diploma holders are allowed to join design department.
