No work life unnecessarily too much pressure from even if you work hard NO SUPPORT from management and HR they are playing with the carrier first they hire you that you are perfect for the company sales process and then one day they decide that you are not that person they are looking for.. in every Branch scenario is almost same. Alot of travelling almost complete month

The work culture in Netzsch is very impressive. There is no sort of discrimination among peoples. Management is very supportive in all aspects. Policies in the companies are also good and is set in favour of employees. All colleagues work as one team and one family ands there is lot of learnings from each other. Overall I feel proud to be part of Netzsch
