Whatever the responsibilities allotted to me was for higher profile like 8 years but company gave a chance to me to prove my self and I did it. Very satisfied about my roles and responsibilities. They will provide a chance to prove yourself irrespective of experience l liked it very much. For freshers very good company to enhance their skills and knowledge. As a Netxcell employee you can crack any Interview for sure.

Dislikes

Salary delay, Micromanagement, politics, No appraisal, workload. some people in company are closer to management based on that, closer people involves in other works irrrespective of their works.

Not getting salary in time Note for netxcell netxcell plz check this kindly if someone is joining your project then they are completely dependent on salary so plz give employees salary on time.

Career Growth : In recent past ,the company helped many of employees to excel their careers , unfortunately the same is not the case right now. Job Security : If the company is generating revenues then your job is secured , if not , then of course, there will be no security to your job. Management : There is no proper management.

...areer Growth : In current situation of the company, there is no career growth. Salary/Appraisal : There is no proper disbursal of salary on time & also there is no appraisals which is frustrating for the employee. Work Environment : Good. Work Balance : Sometimes , we need to work extra shifts which makes us difficult to balance the work & family. Training : There is no on-job training for freshers, senior mates have to guide them step-by-step.

Only the client site where i am working is good and also have best client site i have ever worked♥️

Their HR department is hilarious, worse experience ever and salay will be credited 20 days later after month completion.

no compensations from last few years very slow in growth. internal politics are very high, i used to work morethan 18 hrs per days some times 2 working days even. I do receive appriciations but no use while appraisals. No job training
