Salary Structure - i guess salary offered is a bit low, than company standards. If you do not have any monetary responsibilities or burden, this company is highly recommended for you to upskill.

Good work environment and culture. teammates and supportive and the management is transparent, company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
