Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Owner are good..They are nice person

Dislikes

No job security..one management person Arvind is very partial...his favourite employee is Himanshi...He's very negative person he gives all priorities and every credit only to Himanshi...he manipulates the owner...He's very unethical person.. Words will get less in defining his personality. Even he demoted the TL to sales cordinator and promoted Himanshi as an TL..because she is his fav. One
