...ent doesn't address our issues. There is bond of 2 years which you can't resign. Salary is terrible and career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. They blackmailing you emotionality if you trying to address your issues to fix.

Here to learn too much. If anyone is fresher or wants to learn, then it is a very good company.

Dislikes

Not giving appraisals based on the effort put into work, even if it doesn't reflect 30% of the effort, is unfair. Also, working excessively without respecting your own time.

I have been working in npstx company from since May 2019 to 2021 Nov and my experience was such a terrible and horrific obstacles have faced while working because of work culture and internal politics in at Bangalore location. As I have joined as a fresher and got 2 years and 7 months of experience and no such a platform to express my problems and the team lead is a key player (Atul Pandey) who directly threatens and challenges me that "mai ak ganta mai aapku nikalunga, mai apse senior hun, magar mai complaint kare tho kisku hatayega?"(i have the power to fire you within an hour and i am a senior than you, if i complaint on you. whom they(npst management) can fire?) the words i have received from him and i have raised a complaint and they did not take any action. Even i still have call recordings the words he speaks to me. I have faced the lot of politics and challenges in npst and the majour part is almost everyone knows and behaves like they do know. During my period almost 5 members have resigned just because of the work culture and the team leader plays an internal politics in npst at Bangalore location. Location: Bangalore Project: KGB and PKGB

Lot of internal politics and no career growth and especially in at bangalore location KGB & PKGB, i have been available at 24/7 and i never said no to the team lead or manager. what ever they say to me i have worked uder my limits and though still i face a lot of challenges and politics from Atul Pandey. And also we will not get proper Knowledge transfer from the team leader. Those who know multiple technologies in our company he may create a problems to him and make him suppress. Instead of working in such worst culture, we may move on to the other companies for better opportunities.
