Really pathetic work life balance, no appraisal/ promotion, no training. You are just hired to write letter and as a coordinator you’re just a PA of the Director. Salaries of employees never released on time. Toxin work environment, no real office. If you don’t believe me just goggle and visit the place. Actually, you share it with some other company of the owner in just one room. HR is most unprofessional and worst part is there are no policies in place for anything here even for basic things like leaves and forget about any employee benefits. Don’t join unless you don’t have a job and they just have 5 staff members. So called highter management the Director, Secretary and Assistant Director have their own inter personal issues, as a result 2-3 employees that actually works have to face consequences.
