...hey don't pay agreed bonus and other components of package as mentioned in CTC. Also they keep unnecessarily bound in bond/agreement signed during joining and doesn't provide that quality of work and salary structure or appraisal as well as hike in salary. Please try to avoid for freshers as they are cheated here.

Also they keep unnecessarily bound in bond/agreement signed during joining and doesn't provide that quality of work and salary structure. Employees are made to work at low salary. They skip appraisals and doesn't give salary hike. Freshers should strictly avoid this company as there carrer may get ruined.

No Job Security, Managment is Not Proper,Good Politcs in Company i think Sharad Pawar and Devendra fadanvis has taken training from here.Payment does not happen on time.No code review from seniors.

Politics and discrimination. It was like they had made up their minds long ago and now just finding petty reasons to get rid of you. I was let off after a probation period of 6 months. I may not be very good but I was better than many QAs they had at the time.

No career growth, No proper process for development or testing, its been more than 10 yrs but they don't have clients for their product.Upper management doesn't care about the employees.
