As i joined in the Corona Pandemic, the WFH is pretty okay. You get to work on your time, but adherence to the due dates keeps things busy, very busy, flexible work times mean overtime working here and it is quite normal here. People are understanding, good work environment, good competition.

Dislikes

As overtime working is normal, overtime pay is not a part of payment here. You gotta work until the work is done. Also, some people take their designations too seriously and forget how to treat people, also these is for some, and not everyone everywhere is the same.

No comparison with any of the organizations which I know in my kind of business vertical which we are in . Undisputedly the best support system provided not only for the employee but also to the entire family.
