It is the worst company I have ever worked in in my 7 years of experience..No wonder it is growth is stunted and people are unprofessional from HR to Manager ...please don't join it even if you are yet searching for job

They find reasons to deduct your salary...and if you leave the company for the last salary they will make you wait and you have to take hundred follow ups .

The overall compensation system is quite good and the salary structuring is also good.

Dislikes

It kind of a mix of everything, The team leaders are not skilled and qualified enough, they are rather busy in getting their own sales than helping their team collectively achieve the goals, However Chetan Maniyar (BDM) is a gem of a person and is very helpful, about the Directors, they are too interested in firing someone rather than giving them the room to grow and achieve. Honestly, just one person being good isn't reason enough to join this company. I wouldn't personally recommend this company to anyone.

It is an organisation that gives you respect, space and freedom to do things creatively. The policies are good and they put people ahead of policies which is rare. You dont have to beg for leaves, managers are friendly, projects are good, learning opportunities for entry level developers are huge one of the best organisations. You know what is netwin only when you join netwin.

Dislikes

There should be a subject matter expert mentor to guide us on industry trends and processes. For non IT people there are not kuch learning opportunities in terms of skill development.

Salary and growth, Low projects volume for some technologies They don't use laptops they use desktops so no wfh or innonly medicle condition but need to make vpn connection through your personal laptop

it's a fraud company...they will hire you for Pune or Nashik location but they will deploy you anywhere. Most popular thing about Netwin is Hiring n Firing. Due to workload, weekend working is normal scenario.
