No dislikes , but if there is hybrid work policy it would be better, like 3 day office and 2 day work form home, and one more thing that I don't like is alternative Saturday off, it would be very nice if office is from Monday to Friday.

Office timings in and out compalsary. There is no proper training program & especially hindi language issue persons not taking at all. Management Culture not good & More work pressure. Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings). Some times we have to come on Sundays. This job involves Travel With Kerala, tamilnadu and Karnataka including Bangalore City.

Dislikes

Their is a politics from management, poor training to new joiners, expect immediate result, 1 year Bond to be signed, no job security, un ethical behavior from the management, nasty decision from the management. No proper strategy, processes, no growth.

Jo yahan 15-20 saal se kaam kar rhe hain vahin khud ko "Nirala baba" maan ne लगे हैं, yadi tum apna kuch input doge to tumhare decision ki koi value nahi hai..I am not talking about myself even everywhere. Store and inventory ko join karna hai to soch samajh ke karna ....starting mai sab accha lagega...dheere dheere irritation बढ़ेगी fir, mentally disturb hoga fir leave karne ka man karega.
