Overall company is good but they are not giving the hikes that you deserve

Main disadvantage is anyone can give you work and not able to learn many things and salary expectation is not good from that company

They did me dirty. First they take my interview and i also passed it, i submitted my documents for verification they said they’ll hire me but after 2 days i got rejected because of the lack of my experience. If my experience was less for the job role so why did they go forward with my application at first and took my interviews and hr round also? Wasted my time and i got nothing. I didn’t go for another interview that time because i thought i got selected. What a drag!

Nothing to like only join if you want to get mentally disturbed for few bucks, they are already running in loss & future is dark. Even Vendors regularly escalate on social media for their payment to release on time.

Dislikes

Abusive Top management, unrealistic targets. Sudden switch of task & they expect you to anticipate in advance by own. Big talks & they expect you to tell them what other employees thinking about them. They try to become friendly & suddenly so rude. CEO is just a puppet who think her son is so intelligent & can make things better in future but he is useless with full of arrogance and have anger issue. He keep on shouting in meetings and can fire anyone since HR is just yes sir & yes mam, so dont have any policy. Jo maa bete ne bola wai policy hai, so no point of discussing any issues. Within 6 months I started feeling sick & disturbed, so I quit immediately without any offer in hand. They have regular tech issues which is due to low bandwidth & they expect us to work on Sat, Sun or even on holidays. Sometimes I worked even at late midnight & again need to report office on time or else they will mark it as a half day. All Positive reviews You may have seeing is all fake & forcefully updated by HR as a part of induction, else everyone will rate them in negative. They will ask you to sign bond mentioning that for 2-3 years you can not join any astro company. Their complete leadership resigned already including HR head, operations, product, content, Marketing everyone left & most have them shared same reasons. HR will talk so positive about company, their culture but its all fake. They will even monitor with whom you are talking, sitting or gossiping. Why you are sitting here, dont you have work, why you are taking tea breaks & suddenly you will receive a warning letter from the so called stupid COO and then your countdown start to keep bullying you.

Great work environment, where solely focused on performance. Free from the distraction of office politics. Everyday is a chance to learn something new. If you're driven and can make a difference, Astroyogi is a place to be.

The work is challenging, but the support and collaboration among teams make it rewarding. Even the company's commitment on finding solutions and enhancing the processes is very good, gives me a chance to work on things which I haven't worked on before.

Dislikes

Company's fast paced nature is nice, if you're looking for a relaxed job, this is not for you.
