Initially work life balance was really bad, but as I started to get used to my job, it became good as I could complete my work faster. Our managers are also pretty chill.

Dislikes

Compensation, appraisals, very poor mometary compensation in my opinion. Also feel like growth is pretty limited in this organization.

If you join as a fresher you get to learn a lot. Work from home also provides with work life balance. "SOME" of the seniors are very helpful and you can approach them any time.

Dislikes

...ity at all. If you get hired on a contract work for 4-6 months, learn and leave. Salary is a joke here. They will pay you 10K as a fresher with no benefits that are given to a regular employee ( hra, gratuity, medical , joining bonus, paid leaves encashment) you just get 1 leave per month. Although the amount of work and number of hours you will be working is the same as any other resource. They will want you to work at the same peanut salary even after you complete the contract. Don't expect any appraisal or any confirmation.

...t have to think about your personal life because manager will not let you do so. Also, there is no extra pay for work but you have to do extra work on daily basis because your manager will force you to do so. Cannot suggest any single person to work in this company and under such pressure and worst management and ruin mental health.

Liked the behaviour of the co-workers. A pretty helpful and comforting environment. Training is very helpful according to the work. Employees get trained whenever they feel for it. Extreme hardwork only is helpful to secure the job.

Dislikes

...too much advantage from the hardworking people. There is no fixed working hours. They will make you stay whenever they want, Will deduct salary without informing the reason. Daily target is just a formality, employees have to stretch the target as well as working hours every single day. Providing leave balance is just a fomality too. Inspite of having leave balance they will only allow whwnever they feel for it. The only politics here is partiality.

...get peanuts. ..here an experienced worker get the same payscale of a fresher. ..and the handsome salary, awards and recognitions goes to the most fashionable women who believe in buttering their seniors. ...if you are not from a known circle of school, college or university, then be ready to face harassment..
