Initially work life balance was really bad, but as I started to get used to my job, it became good as I could complete my work faster. Our managers are also pretty chill.

Dislikes

Compensation, appraisals, very poor mometary compensation in my opinion. Also feel like growth is pretty limited in this organization.

Very supportive management, seniors are helpful, good work life balance,good leave policy,provide on time salary,

Dislikes

Less career growth, less learning curve , less salary structure as compared to other similar industries

1. Quality of Research projects 2. Supportive peers and reporting managers 3. Employee oriented work culture 4. Freedom to handle projects

Dislikes

1. Lack of ambition to compete with bigger players 2. Low salary band and not always willing to provide adequate hikes, rather willing to let go quality resources

Apart from a few friends I met there , there was nothing for me to like about Netscribes.

...en a good company for freshers. You don't learn anything that would be of value. The salary is very poor. Incentive is none. Never work for Netscribes.

The tea and coffee machine was good there and the hygiene of the washroom was also good there

Dislikes

They will cut you out without any reason by the name of cost cutting and you will be job less in a single day without any notice. In last 1 year 5 females were getting promoted and not a single man. Because I think you know the reason. All the managers are like if you're a girl then they will help you but if you're a boy then you will get nothing. Most worst company and the management too.
