... an enormous scale which can't be done in stipulated work hours that is 9 hours. You have to do 12 hours work everyday with the same 10k salary in hand. They promise to increse salary after 6 months of employment but here I am in my 7 month with the same salary and double work load. My advice to you is PLEASE DONT JOIN NETSCRIBES. Wait for sometime more. You'll find something better than this. But don't do the mistake of joining Netscribes. It's the worst organization to work for.

this platform is only good for fresher and who will satisfied with current salary for coming 2/3 years.

I was joined since 2019 and left march 2022, HOD/TL nature is very very bad like Deepak Kumar Yadav, i worked here for 3 years out of which i was not apprised even once and the entire responsibility of Deepak and this person only gives apricate/increment to very close leads/friends etc. and the boss/senior here does not care about what's going on in the office. 1. No Appraisal 2. No appreciation 3. No growth 4. Team leader/HOD behavior very cheep this company behave like helpless/laborers. and I worked with this company only one reason was we facing covid period so we have no other option.

On time salary is the one and only thing which can be admired.

No work life balance,poor salary scale,no overtime pay at all. It doesnt matter how good you are doing you wont be appreciated at all when it comes for appraisal,neither in other days.Management is not good at all. The list is pretty big.It wont get fit here if I want to enlist all the cons.

The work pressure is not much, and if your in the right team then its pretty chilled out. Though these should not be the primary reasons to look for a job at any company!
