Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Totally Fraud Company They Make fool to all new candidate and Select 20k security for 6 month but, as well as candidate completed 1 or 2 month they force to candidate for leave company It's their motto to collecting 20k security money They hired me in 28 Feb 2017 and joined 8 May 2017 One is most important thinks that they select 20k security and call on day provide 50rs Pizza without colddrink Means Every Candidate take Price 20k Pzza!

This company is totally fake.first of all they are taking 20k for job with refundable but they are not returned any amount.they are taken 5-6 examination in technical in training period.if you clear these exam but they are not promote trainee to job. Please don't go to this company. I am lost my maximum time in this company. Totally worst company.
