...er growth, no skill development, the management works in their wimps and wishes. They don't pay up there vendors for years and also don't finish employee FNF for 90+ days

Company doesnt pay salary on time - one has to follow up repeatedly they use money only for their personal purpose - no rewards to employees no hikes no bonus Higher management is bully - if you dont party with them they will make your life hell they have forced so many people to leave job if you question them they will threaten you that they will ruin your career HR is hopeless, if you complain they will inform the management who has complained and make your life hell Be jobless but dont join this company

The culture of the organization is good, management really cares for its employees & HR is really helpful at all stages. Inilitally i was reluctant to join based on some of the reviews but it doesn't seem relevant. Overall i have spent more than 2 years in the organization and happy working here, work life balance is amazing here, and as its an budding organization plethora of learning opportunities. Overall great place to work & learn will recommend to all

Incorporating a hybrid work model would be beneficial, providing employees with the flexibility to work remotely or from the office as needed. This approach promotes a better work-life balance and enhances productivity by accommodating individual preferences and circumstances.

Worst management and company. I wish I could give half stars to them but there is no option for the same. They want you to work so that they can grow and fill their pocket but on the other hand the employee needs to suffer for a single penny. No policy followed by HR or the top management because they change it each and every time as per their mood. If any one ever wants to join this company please think thrice instead of regretting it later.
