Everything else. They have a typical boot-licking culture. The old employee may not work for straight 10 months but still given better salary, all appreciation and good hikes. All they care about is bigger college tags even if the person does not contribute at all to the work...

Depends on your reporting manager, if is good you will grow, unlike me who got the worst manager.

The culture of inclusiveness. Managers and Leaders are very approachable. It’s truly an open door policy following team. No one works in cabins with closed doors. There is transparency and information available if you want to know. A very good place for experienced folks as well as newbies who want to learn how to integrate into a fast growing semi corporate. No longer a startup! We are growing well and will continue to do so.

The company hired some stupid managers, sales enablement manager and a director. Post which these people started their own internal politics because of which SDR India team faced a lost in relation with US team, rather than just kicking them out company choose to layoff the entire SDR India operations. How is that justified?

Work life balance. Work is there but you have to plan and have a practical timeline set, then work as per the set plan. Management is good, accomodating and understanding. Luckily I got good supervisor too. Food are free and excellent. You will be getting periodic goodies other than salaries, bonuses and perks. Over all don't hesitate to join, if you got the offer.

Dislikes

Its not actually dislike, it's like when this company will go public, training and certification are other area where org should allow PPL to go for funded certifications in evolving techs. However, lately management is thinking seriously on these aspects.
