Below average pay and benefits with terrible work-life balance. Lots of politics. HR folks are full of lies. They should be completely fired. Business outlook is very bad with no regulations for customer data privacy.

Compny provides good perks like breakfast and lunch facilities and team outing for every month

No scope of improving technology and not allowed to shift to another technology even after having expertise

The people management and admin team works hard to ensure employees are satisfied. The tax saving benefits, monetary benefits based on roles, creative incentivsation are all well balanced. Its also listed as Forbes top 50 emlloyers in US

Lack of proper communication from upper management to middle and so on. Abrupt changes in business strategy, goals etc

Pure boot-licking culture. All they care is big college names even if the person is not contibuting anything to the work for last 2-3 years. All they give is warnings... purely empty warning just because people are IITians... Just appeasment culture. Old employees who roam around hand in hand with management get better hikes, all appreciation without working at all for straight an year or two.

The product is great Driveri driven by Ai and Ml is supreme and probably the best in the market of telemartics,new for international market but not in US specifically because of esteemed competitors like Samsara and Motiv.

Dislikes

As per my role which was into US based selling of Driveri they didn't hav great selling points and their strategy has the need for improvement for a better hold as they just started growing, also the work culture is not so uplifting and motivating, package has been great but I think orgs are much more whe. They value their employees and create a positive work culture.
