Working as a leader will make you more responsible, the workload is too high, you have to manage all things like a leader. To become successful in this company you have to be strong mentally. Otherwise this company not for you.

Your job is not secure, work life balance is 0, unwantedly you have to work on weekends as well as late night and still you get 0% promotion.

Good for Fresher. Working experience is complex but good to learn. Will be useful in further career.

Roles given to employee is not clear. You have to do everything what company want doesn't matter it's in your skill set or not.

No career growth can't switch internally untill no relations from PM. Not a single rule of increment, get 10, 5, 20, 14 any no. Of % for Any employee.
