Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. It's a total scam company. from the last 4 years it's been fooling people across the globe, specially US & Australia. Their employees give call to the candidates located in US in the name of job gurantee and they literally fool them. They take money from the candidate in the name of interview, visa, offer letter etc. In fact this company teaches it's employees to scam US people who are looking for the job or job Change.
