...ing in Roance.Totally waste of time in Reliance there is no respect of your job. You have to pay for everything. Even if you give your 100% there is no respect for your job. In Reliance there is target based job for pharmacist. You have to do marketing job not for you but for the company. You have to find out self respect here in Reliance . Even after Resignation you have to survive for 90 days notice period . If you denied to survive for 90 days notice period you have to pay for those 90 days money. Please guys don't try to waste your time in Reliance . Thank you so much 🙏

There is no self respect in Reliance . You have to survive all your day and total in tension for sale . Even after completing your work time for a day. They asked you to give more time in store.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address out issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

nothing. Just if the working partner is good and understanding then your life becomes little easier. at first all staff and manager and above trats us good but after someday they act like bossy and order us around. the tome of there voice becomes irritating. u can notice that if u work in here..

Everything, they change layout of the store and we are pharmacist but we have to carry around huge desks and work like a labour, they don't send proper medicine according to our needs and sends random medicine according to their liking that's why people shows anger upon us. whole day we have to work, sometimes we don't have time to go to the toilet. or go for lunch break for proper time. managers are changed and now grocery managers are the manager of netmeds and pharmacist as well. and these grocery managers are terrible at understanding our problem and just boss around all the time. the sufferings don't end here, when we give resignation they tell us to serve 3 months of notice period without leave and if we tried to leave the work early they threaten us that they will not give clearance for withdrawing our certificate from that store. This is getting annoying day by day. hope I can finally say bye bye to this company for good.
