The communication, work culture, jon security and employee care is absolutely zero. If you are at the Bhopal HQ only then you’ll be favoured.

Poor compensation and benefits for employees. There are one type of people who keeps to working hard and not getting payed enough same time there is another type who work less and do policits and marketing to their job and get paid well. Very poor HR, they don't work for employees. They just keep findings excuses and policies to bring down the employees and which are not unfavorable to employees. They don't have proper MNC culture, it is a lala company and they always want employees work like poor Labours. They don't value employees who bring more business to the company and retained and maintained relationship with customers. Management blindly commits delivery timelines without accessing resources, machine. Overall god knows company

salary is negotiable in year no increment i have working at ५ year atleast increase salary who are given long time in between ५ year and graduated in BE,the uneducated people don't care these factors but some people feel that problem!! I just written my thoughts I am not complaint and not blaming in company policy not worry about it

Companies corporate culture is good. Employee engagement activities regularly attracts employees to stay.

I am not sure about employee get paid according to their true value. Salary provide in this company is far less than expected.
