You don't have to focus on Passive activities e.g. Leave calculation, Overtime payment, Salary delay etc. they have a good HR & Finance team to manage all these things for you and you can focus on your primary tasks. Small lunch Break. It will be good if they have little bigger space for lunch and common gatherings. Less skill training programs

Company work culture is pretty good, people over here are nice and the overall work load is pretty nicely managed

There seems to be no growth in this company and the are so many polices to prevent you from taking any offs. There's no incentives or no good sources of extra income.
