... don't get the bare minimum amenities like a clean washroom or a coffee machine. The salary doesn't come on time. Everything is scattered.

no on job training for new technology and you have to experiment yourselves and get better eventually, sometimes appraisals are late.

You don't have to focus on Passive activities e.g. Leave calculation, Overtime payment, Salary delay etc. they have a good HR & Finance team to manage all these things for you and you can focus on your primary tasks. Direct reach to management and Rajesh and Lokesh Gupta are really good mentors. Free and evening refreshment snacks to all employees.

Small lunch Break. It will be good if they have little bigger space for lunch and common gatherings. Less skill training programs
