Netgear appoint people in 3 ways- 1.Payrole- senior lever or operation or administrative. Must join if u get chance. 2.Offrole- U ll get all facilities but less like pay role but little less.Still u can join to have a good start. 3.Appoint through Distributer- Never feel so happy on such joining coz after some time u ll feel like u have no identity,only sales n report through mobile or use any other sources if u dnt have laptop no other facilities.No transparency n many more in result ur performance day by day become poor then u ll be out from system immediately then u ll be treated like hell to get ur salary from Distributer coz that time Distributer become ur immediate boss. It's not about Netgear in all big company's sales head do appoint people in this way to achieve their sales quota getting approval from management.its not a good idea to join if u are an experience person.

Never ever join this company because there is no commitment promise and support. Non trusty brand and company and senior too

No support from seniors, ungenuine pressure, wrong commitment towards product prices support and salry as well
