Russians may not give you quality work While overall training is good, Indian team was not given proper training for SDK 2.0 library

worst company in Telecom industry who can kill your carrer ,Never join this company there are no hike from last 1.7 years and stopping all facility one by one. First free food stopped 2nd in snack Biscuits stopped and Now they can stop your carrer to grow. Nothing is positive here

No hike Stopped free food Stopped biscuits in snack stopped water paper glass to drink water Stopped WFH and strict 2 days WFO. Live will be in hell if you think to join

They give good package while hiring. Good work life balance in some projects. They are kind enough to give 2 months salary while firing

Dislikes

Zero job security. Silent firing. No proper appraisal discussions. They will not let you know their expectations on you. Instead they complain to higher management on your performance. Zero hikes. No technical growth.
