Performance appraisals is a futile exercise. There are no avenues for growth. No salary hikes. No job security.

worst company in Telecom industry who can kill your carrer ,Never join this company there are no hike from last 1.7 years and stopping all facility one by one. First free food stopped 2nd in snack Biscuits stopped and Now they can stop your carrer to grow. Nothing is positive here
