Work life balance is good. Salary on time

Salary and appraisal are peanuts. Incentives are designed in such a way that it will be very hard for you to achieve that. No recognition for your performance. People with way less performance but close to the boss/manager/super boss can enjoy a long life here. If you are a performer, you will get frustrated very soon with the rewards

The company is very nice and is very committed to its vision. The best part is it is Work From Home. And my Team is extremely cooperative and supportive

Well, there are a few things which I can include in my dislikes. Like Lack of proper training, proper feedback, and lack of other benefits other than salary.

...olicy. No reason to fire employees. Delayed sallary- upto 18-20th of next month. They state that " we pay when we make sales." Work according to US calendar, no Indian Holidays, nor all US holidays. No fixed appraisal. Excessive work load of all those who have been fired for cost cutting. No medical insurance. Just free tea.
