I really like my process in Netambit and specially my team manager Abhishek Sir is very good in behavior and also Best senior in my work life and he is very supportive and understand everyone problem. I really thankful for him

Management and appraisal policy is not good at all. Also they not provide your due salary and incentive and also HR (Ankita) avoid your call and message. if you want to try to get reliving letter they avoid employee like a beggar this condition is very worst as a ex-Employee.

...process of NetAmbit wheather it's SimSim,Zlite,Zoom car, Franchise Vertical etc. In the end they just hold my salary without any relevant reason. They're very expert to do harrasment This is totally fraud company. Humble request to everyone do not join this organisation for future Growth.

... so if you work there, your work responsibilities change consistently. Pros: 1. On time salary & bonuses. (Gifts on Deepawali). 2. Salary hike automatically on work anniversary. 3. Management need only work performance, not keep third eye on you as daily work routine. 4. Office connectivity is very convenient. You can reach here by any type of transport.

Cons: 1. Old colleagues is always jealous from you & always gossip about you with manager. 2. For promotions, you are not judge by your talent but by flattering to your manager. 3. Don't do work very honestly, most of your colleagues did not like that as well your manager too.

City manager more selfish then upper level oficers easily they will throw Team leader out of the company without any reason all the politics and all bad politics creators is city manager and upper officer's they will not support team leader
