...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work culture : lean culture based company, focuses more on cost reduction, which will create more profit with less investment. Less work pressure, lot of good activities like "Fun at work" being conducted to keep employees happy and stress free. Support during covid is at satisfactory level.also everyone Using PPE to work safe.

Even though we have secured job salary and increments are at bad rate.

They give good salary hike but due to variable pay system at the end of month cradit salary is lower than your net monthly payment. There is no bonus system.

As far as irrigation industry is concerned plus point are Pune Location, timely salary and clear company policy than other Indian irrigation company.

Dislikes

Politics, No proper Appraisals, No verticle Growth. Specifically for GDC. Otherwise Netafim is good.
