Company policies are great..last year though pendamic situation everywhere company gave full salary to its employees and also secure their jobs though the new business stuck off.

Dislikes

company is best but look into the improvement of system which was poor before 2019..upgrade the internal system then it will boom up in industry .

Work culture is good and teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

They give good salary hike but due to variable pay system at the end of month cradit salary is lower than your net monthly payment. There is no bonus system.

Dislikes

Politics, No proper Appraisals, No verticle Growth. Specifically for GDC. Otherwise Netafim is good.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
