Work culture is good and teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

They give good salary hike but due to variable pay system at the end of month cradit salary is lower than your net monthly payment. There is no bonus system.

As far as irrigation industry is concerned plus point are Pune Location, timely salary and clear company policy than other Indian irrigation company.

Dislikes

Politics, No proper Appraisals, No verticle Growth. Specifically for GDC. Otherwise Netafim is good.

Salary On Time TADA On Time Quarterly Incentive upto max 8000 Provide online training for knowledge gaining. Very nice handling by Managers

Dislikes

One of worst HR department, specially SBU Pune HR. He doesn't not co-operate, once you joined organization, he doesn't even pick up call, doesn't reply to email or messages. Very egoistic person.
